HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAMME
Reach your highest potential: focus on technical, tactical, team preparation and performance analysis, mental development and injury prevention.
Enhance your technical and match-play skills under the guidance of West Ham United Foundation’s coaching team and participate in rewarding training sessions. Participants will train 19 hours per week.
Showcase your skills: demonstrate your passion and commitment for the game. Soccer training in an academy system widely-recognised as the best in the UK. Immerse yourself in the professional environment of a premiership club.

HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
WHAT IS YOUR LEVEL OF SOCCER?
We offer two modes of programme to suit every player’s lifestyle and learning style, choose between our Residential Programme for a full-immersion experience or the Day Camp for daily participation.
Residential Camp: Our Residential Programme offers a fully immersive experience where participants stay on-site for the duration of the camp. It includes accommodation, all meals, 24-hour supervision, and access to evening activities and excursions. Ages 12-17 only.
Day camp: Our Day Camp is designed for participants who prefer to attend daily sessions without overnight accommodation. Campers join the same high-quality training, language lessons, and activities during the day, then return home or to their own accommodation in the evenings. Ages 9 can attend half day programme for the morning football session and depart after lunch. Ages 10-17 can attend the full programme schedule.
- High performance: For participants who are playing for a club or are highly skilled. Players can pursue the highest potential, focused on technical, tactical, team preparation and performance analysis plus injury prevention.
- English Course plus Soccer: 19 hours of soccer training plus 8 hours of English classes per week.
- Development Programme: designed to challenge participants to practice and develope their skills in order to progress.
- Standard Programme: designed to involve participants to practice and learn all footballing abilities.
- Goalkeeping Programme: specialised position training with unique drills & coaching insight. This programme is only available from 5th July to 31st July 2026.
- This programme runs from Monday to Friday.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING
Our programme is accredited by the British Council to guarantee the highest quality of service in English classes. Language tuition uses a fun, participative approach to learning and emphasises spoken language skills within a soccer context. Students receive 8 hours of English lessons per week, in classes of a maximum size of 15 students. Students are tested on arrival, and placed with other students of approximately the same level.
In addition to the use of the latest video analysis technology and training techniques, participants will have the opportunity to participate in our Pro-Experience seminars, delivered by West Ham United Foundation’s staff and covering areas including Scouting/Player identification, Nutrition and Physical Conditioning and other specialist areas. During the course participants will have visits from a Professional or Youth Academy player from West Ham United who will share their expertise and knowledge of the professional sports world. A personal soccer assessment will be given at the end of the programme.
JUNIOR PROGRAMMES
WEEKLY PROGRAMME SCHEDULE INCLUDES:
- 5-days training at West Ham United Stadium training complex
- 8 hours of English classes (if requested)
- West Ham Foundation training kit
- Full-board residential accommodation (residential students only)
- Evening activities every night for students
- Excursion: first week, half-day to West Ham Stadium tour
- Personal soccer assessment
- Seminar and video analysis
- Personal development plan
- Excursion: second week, half-day to shopping and Karting
- Daily transfer by private coach to training facilities
- 2 full-day (London Tour sights and Museum with Oxford street) for 2-week students
- Free, supervised internet access
- All students will receive their West Ham United Foundation certificate and a progress report from their coaches at West Ham Stadium in a player´s closing ceremony
All our participants will have a chance to build self-confidence and to participate in team building activities. We want to ensure students enjoy their summer stay with us and to learn useful skills for the future. We create a warm, fun and safe environment for players, within excellent facilities.
We offer this programme as both Residential or Day-Camp.

WEST HAM UNITED FOUNDATION TRAINING COMPLEX
Situated in the heart of East London, The Foundry is the flagship community and training hub of the West Ham United Foundation. The venue represents a major step forward in the Club’s commitment to community engagement, development, and opportunity across London and beyond.
The Foundry features a state-of-the-art 3G artificial turf pitch, providing an all-weather surface suitable for year-round football and community activity. The facility includes male, female, and accessible changing rooms, each equipped with showers and modern amenities, as well as a clubroom, café, meeting rooms, and classrooms designed to support education, and wellbeing programmes.
The site will deliver more than 35 Foundation programmes each year, supporting over 50,000 participants across areas such as sport, education, health, inclusion, and enterprise.
Located just a short distance from the University of East London (UEL), Beckton enjoys exceptional transport links via the DLR, connecting easily to Canary Wharf, Stratford, Bank, and other major London destinations.
