Yes. As an official West Ham United Foundation partner and UKVI sponsor, we issue formal invitation letters for every traveller and supply group-booking paperwork. We brief your families on the Standard Visitor visa process; we do not lodge visa applications on your behalf.
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Travelling staff get full access to every session, the analysis suite, and the staff workshops. Staff travel and accommodation are quoted at near-cost as part of the team-tour package.
It confirms attendance, hours, and modules covered — game model, periodisation, age-stage methodology, S&C. It is not an FA / UEFA badge, but it is recognised by clubs and federations who run the methodology in-house, and you keep the full session-plan library.
Once you register as a referral partner, every player you formally refer is tracked. If they pass assessment and accept a place on the Academy, you receive a placement commission. Three successful placements upgrades you to recurring partner status with annual scout-day access. Free to register — no cost to coach, agent, or player.
Yes — typically 3–5 fixtures across a 10-day tour, against age-matched club academies, school academies, or college sides. We tailor opposition strength to your squad's level. Fixtures are confirmed once the tour deposit is paid.
