The player-development programme is recognised as one of the best in Europe and has been providing top Premier League professional players for many years. ELLIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of entry and currently playing for a recognised football club or academy, with official proof of involvement provided. All candidates are required to complete a Pre-Registration Form, submit a personal statement outlining their playing experience, current level, position, and football ambitions, and provide a match or training video clearly identifying themselves (for example, using an arrow or highlight).
In addition, applicants must upload all requested supporting documents, pay a non-refundable pre-registration fee of £350, and attend an online interview with our Head Coach and General Manager.

Join the International Academy of Football and take the first step towards elite football development in the UK. Our registration process ensures every player is carefully assessed.
Pre-Registration Phase
Before applying to the academy, all players must complete the Pre-Registration Phase. This stage allows our coaches to evaluate each applicant’s technical ability, experience, and potential.
To start the process, players must complete the Online Pre-Registration Application. Applicants are required to submit a personal statement outlining their playing experience, current level, position, and football goals. A player video must also be uploaded, clearly identifying the player’s position (e.g., with an arrow or circle), along with all requested supporting documents.
A non-refundable pre-registration fee of £350 is required, with proof of payment provided. Once documents and payment are received, the applicant will be invited to attend an online interview with the Head Coach and General Manager.
Following the interview, applicants will be informed of the outcome. Successful candidates will progress to the Official Academy Application Stage.
Official Academy Application
Upon successful pre-registration, players complete the Official Academy Application, which includes:
- Selecting the preferred programme
- Providing full player details and football history
- Reviewing and signing the Academy Agreement, Rules and Regulations, and Accommodation Terms and Conditions
- Submitting passport copies for the player and parent/guardian
Once all documents are completed and approved, the player’s place at the International Academy of Football is confirmed.
