You train under Academy coaches at the Beckton ground, following a curriculum aligned with the West Ham Academy. Five sessions a week as a Performance Squad player, more on the Pro-Experience programme. Video, GPS-vest data and medical screening on every block. Talent ID clinics with the WHU scouting network. And it all sits inside an OFQUAL-recognised academic year — International Foundation Diploma, BTEC, or HND — so when you walk out you have options, not promises.
